Assets = Liabilities + Owners’ Equity

This equation is also the framework for keeping track of money as it flows in and out of your company. Starting with the first penny you earn, you’ll record in a general ledger each and every transaction using a double-entry system of debits and credits. Assets get recorded on the top or the left side of the balance sheet; liabilities and owners’ equity are recorded on the bottom or the right side of the balance sheet.

The information on each company’s general ledger is unique to that business; however, all companies classify their general ledger accounts as assets, liabilities or owners’ equity. Businesses use more specific accounts within each classification, for example, “current assets” or “long-term liabilities,” to organize and track their finances.

Assets
An asset is anything of value that your company owns ? including cash. Assets get recorded on the balance sheet in terms of their dollar values. Remember, even if you used credit to purchase an asset, you still own it. Its full dollar value gets recorded on one side of the balance sheet as an asset, and the amount you owe gets recorded on the other side of the balance sheet as a liability. There are several types of assets:

Current assets. These are assets with dollar amounts that continually change, for example, cash, accounts receivable, inventory or raw materials your company uses to make a product. They are listed on the balance sheet in order of their liquidity, or how fast they can be converted into cash.
Investments. Companies, like individuals, can own securities such as stocks and bonds. Investments, like cash or property, are considered assets.
Capital assets. Think of capital assets, also called plant assets, as permanent things your company owns. Land, buildings, equipment and vehicles are common capital assets. So are things like computers, furniture and appliances, as long as they remain for use within your business and are not items you sell.
Intangible assets. Patents, copyrights and other nonmaterial assets that have value are referred to as intangible.

Liabilities
Anything a company owes to people or businesses other than its owners is considered a liability. There are two types of liabilities:

Current liabilities. In general, if a liability must be paid within a year, it is considered current. This includes bills, money you owe to your vendors and suppliers, employee payroll and short-term loans.
Long-term liabilities. A long-term liability is any debt that extends beyond one year, such as a mortgage.

Owners’ Equity
Owners’ equity, also called capital, is any debt owed to the business owners. For example, if you invested $50,000 of your savings to start a business, that amount is recorded in a capital account, also referred to as an owners’-equity account. In publicly traded companies, outstanding preferred and common stock also represents owners’ equity.

Your business’s revenues and expenses are also recorded in capital accounts because they relate to how much money your company makes over a period of time. At the end of each accounting cycle, a business’ profits get transferred to a capital account.

keterangannya -h ialah untuk unhide, e:\*.* itu letak drive yang akan kita munculkan semua isinya jika kita ingin localdisk d maka ketikkan saja d:\*.* , setelah itu coba ketikkan dir tekan enter kalau muncul banyak sekali file itu berarti semua isi dari drive yang kita inginkan kita sudah muncul. selamat mencoba.

1. matikan komputer kemudian buka cpu pada matheboard coba cari batrainya dan lepaskan, selanjutnya nyalakan komputer beberapa detik saja dengan baterai yang masih terlepas tadi. setelah itu pasang kembali baterainya dan nyalakan komputer kemudian coba masuk bios maka bios sudah terreset kembali. tapi ingat jika komputer kita masih baru biasanya masih ada stiker garansi yang tertempel pada baterai, kalau halini terjadi maka jangan sekali-kali melapas baterai nanti garansi tidak diakui.

2 . langkahnya tetap cuman bukan baterainya yang kita lepas melainkan jumper yang biasanya terletak di dekat baterai dan jumlah pin yang ada yaitu tiga buah, secara default letak jumper ada di pin nomer 1 n 2,kemudian setelah anda lepas coba pindah ke pin 2 n 3 terus nyalakan komputer beberapa detik. setelah itu gantikan jumper yang di pin ke 2 n 3 tadi ke semula yaitu di pin 1 n 2. sekarang coba cek bios anda maka akan kembali seperti semula

Sebelum melangkah lebih jauh, patut dicatat bahwa cara ini hanya dapat diterapkan pada computer yang hanya memiliki satu hardisk pada konektor primary IDE channel dan CD-ROM atau DVD-ROM pada secondary IDE channel.

Setiap anda melakukan proses booting pada windows xp, disana terdapat file update yang disebut NTOSBOOT-*.pf yang muncl pada bagian prefect directory (%SystemRoot%Prefetch) dan anda tidak perlu untuk menghapus file dalam prefect pada XP anda yang mana hal tersebut malah akan memperlambat waktu loading dari program yang telah anda install. Kita dalam hal ini hanya menginginkan mempercepat proses booting dari windows anda, bukannya mengurangi kenerjanya. Dengan sedikit modifikasi pada kedua trik diatas, anda dapat menikmati proses boot up yang cepat. Caranya adalah :

1. Buka notepad.exe, kemudian ketik dibawah ini

del c:windowsprefetch tosboot-*.* /q

 

dan simpan dengan nama “ntosboot.bat”

2. Dari star menu, klik run dan ketik “gpedit.msc”

3. Klik dua kali “windows setting” “Computer Configuration” dan klik ganda lagi pada “Shutdown” di bagian jendela kanan.

4. Dalam jendela baru yang muncul kemudian, klik “add” “browse”, kemudian tempatkan file “ntosboot.bat” dan kemudian klik “open”

5. Klik “ OK”, “Apply” dan “OK” sekali lagi lalu exit

6. Dari Start Menu, pilih kembali Run dan ketik “devmgmt.msc”

7. Klik ganda pada “IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers”

8. Klik kanan “Primary IDE Channel” dan pilih “Properties”.

9. Pilih tab “Advanced Settings” pilih “none” dan jangan pilih “autodetection” pada device 1 atau device 2,dan klik OK

10. Lakukan hal serupa pada “Secondary IDE channel”.

11. Restart computer anda.

Silakan menikmati computer anda.

2. you should have memory at least 512MB

3. Make sure your hardisk format is NTFS. how to know that ? it’s so easy, you just ouble click my computer, and the right click drive C, choose properties, look in the box, check the file system. If your file system is not NTFS, don’t worry, you didn’t need to reinstall your windows. Please follow the way that will be explain below;

Make sure your computer free from virus

Backup your important to avoid something incidentally

Clik START, RUN, and type CMD

In the command prompt type : CONVERT C:/FS:NTFS and press enter button

The prosess will be taking several times

4. Turn of “file indexing” facility.

Right click of drive C

Choose properties

Leave out thecheck sign in option “Allow indexing service to index this disk for fast file searching”
Apply

If “acces is denied” appear click ingnore

5. Make sure you didn’t install the font more than 500

6. Remove out the spyware from your computer. You can use freeware from LAVASOFT ADWARE or other. Make sure you usually update your program.

7. Remove program/sofwares and service that not necessary with MSCONFIG. And uninstall your program through control panel.
